Qualifications

• Shift: Administrative shift, according to business needs.
• Experience in SAP knowledge, Vision System basic knowledge, PLC basic knowledge, Interpretation of electrical and mechanical schematics, Troubleshooting knowledge on electronic and mechanical components, equipment, or systems.

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to uphold high quality standards.
• Monitor production activities, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements.
• Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems in the manufacturing area.
• Assist engineers with developing technical solutions related to operation and performance of devices and systems.
• Install, repair, and upgrade components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.
• Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
• Conduct quality assurance/control tests and procedures.

• This role involves monitoring production activities, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process improvements. With a focus on detail and safety, the Manufacturing Technician helps maintain the smooth and efficient functioning of the manufacturing operations.
• Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area.
• Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems.
• Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.
• Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
• Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
