Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or prototyping environment.
• Experience moving heavy equipment safely.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and navigate a facility.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Continuity: Independently execute routine assembly workflows.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and operational reliability.
• Build product prototypes and assist with inspections.
