Job summary

You will direct department personnel to meet production schedules, operate and set up equipment, collect data in ERP, and help maximize yield while keeping within quality tolerances.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to operate basic measuring tools and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Read and apply tape measure readings; adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Direct department personnel to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Operate and set up departmental equipment and perform data entry in ERP.
• Maximize yield and reduce scrap while maintaining productivity.
• Report department metrics and ensure correct material specs are met.
