Boston Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for the NSM business unit on the 2nd shift (1:30 pm–9:30 pm). You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support manufacturing engineers to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Weekend overtime is required on a rotational basis. Current OT requirement is a minimum of one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) every 4 weeks.
As a Manufacturing Technician II, you are responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations in daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment to achieve production goals (safety, quality, delivery, and cost). Daily tasks include responding to equipment downtimes issues on the production floor, performing routine preventive maintenance on production equipment, and supporting Manufacturing Engineers (ME) in value improvement projects. Most of your time is spent on the production floor, working on equipment, and engaging with our Medical Device Specialists (MDS operators).
You will work on 2nd shift as part of a technician team in the Nitinol Shape Memory (NSM) business unit. NSM 2nd shift runs Monday-Friday from 1:30pm to 9:30pm.
Onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Minimum Salary: $43,368. Maximum Salary: $73,736. Compensation may include variable compensation such as overtime, shift differential, annual bonus target, and long-term incentives.
