Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent production output and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machinery to prevent downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process deviations promptly to minimize delays.
• Document production activities, equipment status, and incidents per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production planning to support continuous improvement.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new technicians and supporting team members in understanding processes and equipment operation.
