Job summary

Connexion Systems & Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for an on-site role in Ashland, MA.

The position is 7+ months with possible temp-to-perm, pay rate $24-$32.44/hr DOE, and 1st shift, M-F.

You'll set up and operate automated equipment, monitor processes, perform basic repairs, and ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing or similar experience.
• Experience with automatic or semi-automatic equipment.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with robotic assembly equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment, including robotic assembly equipment
• Monitor manufacturing machinery throughout the production process
• Feed materials into equipment and remove finished products from the production line
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain proper operation
• Perform minor equipment repairs and troubleshooting
• Follow process sheets and written or verbal production instructions
• Inspect completed work and verify that products meet established tolerances and quality requirements
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
