Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is hiring for a Production Associate I. The role supports product development and manufacturing with diverse tasks across lines, testing, packaging, and shipment, under limited supervision.

Responsibilities include following procedures, maintaining records, and assisting in quality and EHS initiatives while collaborating with engineers and team leads to improve processes and output. Immediate start date with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or local equivalent required.
• Ability to learn packaging and small part assembly.
• Proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Ability to understand and interpret written technical information.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple product lines.
• Ability to communicate using English.
• Ability to handle small, delicate parts (lamination, bonding layers utilizing epoxy).
• Ability to multi-task and handle tooling weighing 25 lbs. or less.
• Ability to operate with chemicals such as IPA, Acetone & Epoxies.

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows work procedures and schematics with limited supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of the work performed.
• Performs manufacturing/assembly on multiple product lines following BOMs and instructions.
• Maintains daily production output.
• Participates in EHS and Quality improvements.
• May participate in quality inspections when required.
• Work with team leads and engineers to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide strong manufacturing support for new products and testing.
