Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• At least three years maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical fundamentals, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, basic mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Respond promptly to facility issues and communicate status to operations and leadership.
• Perform preventive maintenance routes and document work completed, findings, parts used, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate licensed contractors when required and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Maintain an organized work-order log, equipment history, and spare-parts list.
• Coordinate contractor access, review scopes, and confirm completion before invoicing.
