Plasma-Therm, LLC, a leading provider of advanced processing equipment for semiconductor manufacturing, is seeking a technician to support installation, calibration and testing of plasma processing systems. You will help set up equipment, verify performance and document results.

Responsibilities include assembling electro-mechanical assemblies per blueprints, performing leak checks, calibrations, and preparing systems for shipment, while maintaining clean-room standards and safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or technical training, or military education.
• 1–3 years of directly related experience as a technician.

Aufgaben

• Facilitates equipment installation, setup, and leveling.
• Assembles electro/mechanical parts per blueprints and specs.
• Performs mechanical alignments and calibrations to ATP and test procedures.
• Performs leak checks on vacuum and mechanical assemblies.
• Debugs and tests equipment; records test data.
• Operates impedance meters and specialized test equipment.
• Prepares systems for shipment and interfaces with Shipping.
• Maintains clean room requirements.
• Adheres to Safety, Quality and Environmental processes.
