Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for the LVP Service Depot to assist in the diagnosis and repair of medical devices in a cGMP environment, requiring high attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

The role performs basic maintenance, assembly/disassembly of process equipment, documents clearly, manages inventory, and participates in continuous quality improvement. Pay is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required.
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift/move materials up to 40 lbs.
• English is the primary business language.

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation clearly and concisely.
• Manage inventory and participate in continuous quality improvement.

Job Summary

Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per Hour (dependent upon education and experience).

The Manufacturing Technician I for the LVP Service Depot area will assist in the diagnosis and repair of medical devices in a cGMP environment, requiring high attention to detail and the ability to multitask across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled basic maintenance on equipment as required.
• Stand, twist, and lift activities throughout the shift.
• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of process equipment.
• Meet and maintain all training requirements.
• Provide annual performance self‑assessment on development plan.
• Clean and disinfect equipment per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Work efficiently while maintaining adherence to all applicable SOPs.
• Learn and become competent in other core skills related to the department.
• Complete documentation clearly and concisely.
• Lift and/or move material and objects up to 40 lbs.
• Execute routine service depot operations.
• Inspect and repair finished medical devices and pre‑production materials.
• Manage inventory.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and contribute improvement ideas.
• Attend workshops, cross‑train, and become multi‑skilled.
• Review and complete all required documentation per order.
• Participate in meetings as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant procedures and policies.

Requirements

• English is the primary business language; candidates must speak, read, write, and understand English.
• GED or High School diploma required.
• 0 to 2 years of work experience; experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Internal applicants: 1 year of electro‑mechanical assembler experience preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to distinguish and identify colors.
• Three‑dimensional vision and ability to judge distance and space relationships.
• Quality‑minded with excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to work as a team player.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
