Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail‑oriented individual to assist in repairing medical devices within a cGMP environment. You will perform basic maintenance, aid in assembly/disassembly of process equipment, and ensure equipment is cleaned and disinfected per SOPs.

This role emphasizes quality and teamwork. The ideal candidate has a GED or high school diploma, 0–2 years in a regulated setting, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• GED/High School diploma required.
• 0 to 2 years’ work experience; experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
• Internal applicants: 1 year of electro‑mechanical assembler experience preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects (up to 40 lbs).

• Assist in the diagnosis, and repair of medical devices in a cGMP environment.
• Perform scheduled basic maintenance of equipment, as required.
• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of process equipment.
• Clean and disinfect equipment per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Inspect and repair finished medical devices and pre‑production materials.
• Maintain equipment, operate production equipment, and handle parts and supply inventory per SOPs.
• Provide annual performance self‑assessment on development plan.
• Work in a time‑efficient manner while maintaining adherence to all applicable SOPs.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and contribute improvement ideas and suggestions.
