In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment within our facility. The technician will ensure stable tool performance and assist with preventative maintenance while collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.

The Technology Technician I is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, monitoring, and maintenance support of manufacturing equipment within a photomask fabrication facility. This role ensures stable tool performance, supports high equipment uptime, and helps minimize defect contribution through proper equipment handling, preventative maintenance execution, and rapid response to tool issues. Working closely with Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers, and Manufacturing Teams, the technician plays a critical role in sustaining production, maintaining process consistency, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in a cleanroom environment.
Location: Photronics, Boise, ID (US). This is an on‑site position, and we are not open to remote candidates at this time.
