Qualifications

• AA degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years' experience developing problem solving skills with machine controls.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots high-speed manufacturing equipment and performs electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Works with Engineering Group on projects upgrading production equipment.
• Verify inspection units function properly and machines operate smoothly.
• Oversee safety of personnel and machinery in the department.
• Perform scheduled repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Set up production equipment and complete quality checks prior to line start.
• Participate in project performance meetings to propose improvements.
• Assist Technicians in other departments within the section.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
