Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a production environment with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Experience with Calibration and Preventative Maintenance.
• Experience with Computer Aided Design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Ability to read drawings and schematics; knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to engineering, process, planning and performing key manufacturing tasks.
• Maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance on motors, tools, ovens, and production machines per manuals and specs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions by observing equipment operation and using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain inventory and order parts as needed; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Execute IQ/OQ/PQ and TMV tests; develop prototypes and test fixtures.
• Log evaluations, conduct time studies, and perform data analysis.
