Job summary

Terumo is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to maintain high-speed production equipment, perform electrical and mechanical repairs, and support equipment upgrades with the Engineering Group.

The role emphasizes safety for personnel and machinery, with preventive maintenance, quality checks before line start, and collaboration across departments to improve overall equipment performance.

Qualifications

• AA degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years' experience.
• Knowledge of machine controls, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Blueprint/schematic reading and good verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Oversees safety of personnel and machinery.
• Performs scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Sets up production equipment and quality checks before line start.
• Works with Engineering on equipment upgrade projects.
• Participates in project performance team meetings.
• Assists other departments in maintenance tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
