Job summary

Arctic Industries in Azusa, California seeks a Manufacturing Technician to support walk-in cooler production. You will follow SOPs, assemble components, operate machinery, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

You will work with teammates to meet production targets, participate in training, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and willingness to overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical docs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good teamwork and communication in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfort with PPE and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to specs and blueprints.
• Operate and maintain production machinery and tools.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance.
• Report quality issues to supervisor and follow SOPs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Follow company policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Handle materials, load/unload, and keep area clean.
• Assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teams to meet production targets.
• Communicate progress and issues to supervisors.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement.
