Responsibilities

• Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality per work instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems with assembled products.
• Assemble product subassemblies or final assemblies.
• Monitor production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
• Prepare and assemble materials.
• Set up and operate production equipment per GMPs and SOPs.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specs.
• Monitor inventory of job materials.
• Complete orders to meet production schedules.
• Set up and verify safety equipment functionality.
• Start up and shut down processing equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment per health, safety, and environmental rules.
• Clean production equipment or work areas.
• Measure and record data from product testing.
• Provide training to other technicians.
• Receive shipments and handle packaging/shipping.
• Provide production/changeover reports to shift supervisors.
