You will primarily perform production support in the clean room, troubleshoot equipment, coach assemblers, investigate scrap, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication required for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to teach and coach others to improve processes.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Front line engineering technician.
• Provide production support in clean room >90% of day, handling escalations from Operations.
• Build SME knowledge of manufacturing processes and coach assemblers.
• Investigate scrap and determine root cause through dissection and observation.
• Provide data-driven feedback and coaching to assemblers on scrap.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and documentation as required.
• Proactively monitor line performance and drive corrections or escalations.
