Job summary

Kinsley Energy Systems in Massachusetts is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The role combines mechanical assembly and metal fabrication to support production, fabrication, and field installations.

You will work with MIG welding, hand and power tools, and fabrication equipment, while adhering to HSEQ policies and promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in mechanical assembly and metal fabrication.
• MIG welding experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 10 safety standards and safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

The Manufacturing Technician supports the production, fabrication, and installation of company products through hands-on mechanical assembly and metal fabrication. Recent enhancements to our production process have shifted this role to a balanced 50/50 focus on mechanical assembly and metal fabrication, opening the opportunity to a broader range of skilled candidates.

This position contributes to both in-house manufacturing and field installations while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
