Kinsley Energy Systems in Massachusetts is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This role supports the production, fabrication, and installation of company products through hands-on mechanical assembly and metal fabrication, with a balanced 50/50 focus on mechanical assembly and metal fabrication.

This position contributes to both in-house manufacturing and field installations while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in mechanical assembly and metal fabrication.
• MIG welding experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 10 safety standards and safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly and metal fabrication work according to design specifications and production requirements.
• Support fabrication activities with an emphasis on MIG welding.
• Assist with piping, mechanical, and light electrical assemblies as part of integrated build-outs.
• Support project installations at customer sites as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Follow all HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient production and installation processes.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
