Job summary

SHL Medical, a leading provider of autoinjectors and related drug-delivery systems, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering professional to lead equipment and process optimization in assembly, QC and packaging. You will ensure cGMP-compliant manufacturing, support maintenance, start-ups, and transfers, and improve layout efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to a dynamic, international work environment within a global organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an industrial manufacturing setting, preferably medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with equipment automation and process improvements.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine equipment preventive maintenance support.
• Assist with equipment start-up, characterizations and qualifications.
• Support equipment installations or transfers.
• Assist design of production layouts to minimize production impact.
• Monitor processes to reduce losses and improve quality.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and SAP transactions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure safety rules compliance.
