Northrop Grumman in Kettering, OH is seeking Manufacturing Technician 1 or 2 to work on honeycomb core structures and sub-assemblies. The role involves coating, bonding, assembling, trimming and final processing to meet customer quality and cost targets.
Level 1 or Level 2 will be filled based on qualifications; shift is B shift (14:00 PM -12:30 AM), Monday–Thursday. Candidates must meet physical requirements and obtain secret clearance as needed.

Based out of Kettering, OH.
As a Manufacturing Technician you will work on the next generation honeycomb core structures and sub-assemblies. This job involves the fabrication of honeycomb core using a variety of methods such as coating, bonding, assembly, trimming and final processing. It will require on the job development of skills to competently perform tasks designed to create products that meet our customer expectations in both quality and cost. Tasks may be in team environments or individual based.
This position may be filled as a Level 1 or Level 2 based on the qualifications outlined below.
Note: Position will be filling the following shift & times primarily but is subject to change as business needs arise:
Primary Level Salary Range: $39,400.00 - $65,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $46,700.00 - $77,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
