What You’ll Do:

• Perform day-to-day manufacturing support activities in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Prepare and filter media and buffer solutions using proper aseptic and cleanroom techniques.
• Operate production equipment such as pH/conductivity meters, pumps, tubing welders, and filter testers.
• Dispense, label, stage, and transfer raw materials and parts for production use.
• Clean, assemble/disassemble, and sterilize components and equipment.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation in batch records, logbooks, and protocols.
• Participate in training activities and maintain compliance with your training plan.
• Assist with stocking supplies, sanitizing production areas, and adhering to safety and compliance protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma with 2–4 years of GMP manufacturing experience OR Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or technical discipline with relevant coursework or experience.
• Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Basic knowledge of equipment operation, especially in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
• Ability to work - 7 AM TO 7 PM ON A 2-3-2 schedule. Must also be able to work 7 PM TO 7 AM for training purposes.
• Physically able to perform cleanroom tasks, operate equipment, and complete manual work (lifting, sanitizing, etc.).
