Job summary

Bio-Techne in Wallingford, CT is seeking an entry-level manufacturing associate to support the consumables production team. You will operate semi-automated equipment to coat capillaries and fabricate cartridges in an ISO 13485 environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and teamwork with engineers and scientists. Prior manufacturing exposure is valued; training is provided, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years in a relevant manufacturing environment.
• Experience with manufacturing, medical device manufacturing is a plus.
• Working with a microscope daily and understanding the use of space under a microscope is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-automated equipment and software.
• Perform entry-level functions within the manufacturing department.
• Perform in-process QC inspection and documentation.
• Assist engineers and scientists with improvements and troubleshooting.
• Follow SOPs, WIs, and regulatory documents.
• Meet quality and productivity expectations.
