Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment, and setup equipment to ensure quality product output. You will conduct preventative maintenance and assist with system checks.

Ideal candidates have 1.5 years of technical experience covering mechanical, electrical and hydraulic tasks, with strong teamwork and English communication. On-site work in a manufacturing facility is required.

Qualifications

• Intermediate troubleshooting using mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge.
• 1.5 years of technical experience in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic work.
• Fluent in English; primary language in area of responsibility.

Uses technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs duties associatedwith the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality products.1. Maintains structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics systems fora variety of equipment2. Performs various machining or bench operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges andguarding3. Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance4. Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis in order to perform process orequipment adjustments to bring parts into specification5.
