Perform defined preventive maintenance, equipment checks, fitting changes, and cleaning activities. Identify, document, and elevate equipment, process, quality, and cleanliness abnormalities. Support root cause investigations and implement approved corrective actions. Propose improvements that reduce defects, improve throughput, strengthen safety, or increase process reliability. Maintain high-purity cleanliness and contamination control across multiple wet and dry processes. Learn and retain numerous technical processes, equipment platforms, specifications, and reaction plans. Recognize abnormal operating conditions and determining when to stop, correct, or elevate. Manage serialized product and process data without loss of traceability. Balance safety, quality, throughput, and customer delivery requirements. Execute reliably on 2nd shift with limited direct supervision. Prevent temporary workarounds from becoming long-term process risks. Learns new processes and equipment quickly and retain training. Works independently and makes sound decisions within defined authority. Speaks up when a condition could affect safety, quality, cleanliness, or delivery. Look beyond the immediate task and seeks a durable solution rather than a workaround. Anticipate potential problems and acts before defects occur. Document issues thoroughly and communicates clearly. Suggest practical process improvements. Demonstrate ownership, accountability, reliability, and attention to detail. Is willing and able to support overtime and weekend work when required.
