Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production lines, and manage change-overs with meticulous record-keeping in CMMS. Experience with ASRS is a plus.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with up to 2 years related experience, and electrical or vocational certification is preferred. Safety and reliability are top priorities in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 0–2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots equipment problems and performs immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Perform equipment change-overs, production line set ups and record repairs, maintenance, parts, materials used, and rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Utilizes work orders for the requisition of new parts and materials as needed through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Perform maintenance inclusive of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) if a manufacturing plant and distribution center have such a system.
• Ensure the safety needs are given a top priority in operations support and work execution.
• As part of the selection process, candidates must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating advanced equipment diagnostics, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, reliability practices, continuous improvement, equipment optimization, commissioning, and technical leadership capabilities.
