Responsibilities

• The Facilities Technician is responsible for troubleshooting facility systems, development and implementing process improvements, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, and monitoring contractor performance.
• Administer methods to lay out, install, overhaul and maintain machines encompassing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Clean and lubricate equipment, cut and weld metal to repair parts, and record readings of critical operating parameters.
• Record repairs, maintenance, parts used, and requisition new parts; pass background checks and drug screenings as required.
