Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Technician 3 - Crude Isolation - Night Shift at MilliporeSigma

MilliporeSigma is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician 3 to support our Crude Isolation team during night shifts. This role involves supporting large-scale production of proteins, enzymes, and nucleotides, following established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate in a rotational shift schedule from 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., alternating between 3 and 4-day work weeks
• Move materials, supplies, and equipment within the department
• Set up, prepare, and manufacture products according to current procedures
• Document and communicate process, product, and equipment status
• Adhere to safety policies and quality systems

Physical Attributes:

• Occasional lifting and pushing of up to 50 pounds

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in life science manufacturing or laboratory work

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of college coursework in Chemistry, Biology, or related sciences
• Basic laboratory skills and knowledge of chemistry and math
• Experience with production and analytical equipment
• Understanding of chemical handling and ISO standards
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Moderate computer literacy
