The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on safety and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ related experience in a repair field.
• Computer skills required (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Soldering experience in a manufacturing/repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies.
• Perform computer activities with provided programs.
• Ensure safety and follow regulations; maintain clean work area.
• Document repairs and report deviations for quality review.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement.
• Cultivate cross-functional teamwork and professional conduct.
