Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring an Assembly Technician in Londonderry, NH. This full-time contract role may convert to hire after 12 months, with a 4/10 schedule and 5:00am start.

You will assemble mechanical, optical or electrical components following strict instructions and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience, plus basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean assembly parts after rework has been completed.
• Assemble mechanical, optical or electrical components and subassemblies per work instructions.
• Remove bond from rework parts using tools and chemicals to aid the rework process.
• Perform basic testing by loading units and starting test programs.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic functional tests for quality.
