Job summary

The Davis Companies Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the 2nd shift in the Wilmington, MA area to operate production equipment and help manufacture medical implants with high quality standards. The role involves machine setup, startup, and working across departments to meet production goals. Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, with a pay rate of $20–$23 per hour plus a 10% shift differential. Strong adherence to ISO/GMP and ERP familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; experience in a medical device or regulated environment preferred.
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and GMP is a plus.
