We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician 2 for our Mesa, AZ facility to support our team by disassembling, analyzing, and reassembling complex weapon systems. This hands-on role plays a key part in lifecycle maintenance and refurbishment of customer-owned equipment, ensuring quality and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate across multiple operational groups daily

• Disassemble customer-owned weapons and systems

• Clean parts thoroughly to remove residue, grease, and contaminants

• Perform bead blasting, deburring, and dry film applications

• Conduct detailed analytical inspections of parts and components

• Submit requests for replacement parts as required

• Reassemble systems post-analysis and prepare for quality inspection

Basic Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical environment (or equivalent education/experience)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic tools

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously

• Willingness to work in a hands-on, physically engaging role

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with firearms, weapon systems, or cannons

• Experience performing analytical assessments on mechanical systems
