Job summary

Attindas Hygiene Partners in Greenville, NC is hiring a Manufacturing Technician 1 Entry to support the Operations team on the production line. You will assist the Line Leader, monitor processes to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards, and help reduce waste.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour based on experience, with quarterly bonuses tied to monthly results. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Life Insurance, 401K, 12 paid holidays, paid vacation, tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude essential for operating production equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing environment or related work preferred.

Starting Pay: $18-$22 *Based on Experience*

Your Role:

The Manufacturing Tech / Production Machine Operator is responsible for assisting the Line Leader with all aspects of operating the line and maintaining processes within prescribed specifications with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and waste.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited school
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience in manufacturing environment as a machine helper /operator or industrial related experience or military experience
• Ability to worka rotating shift
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
