Coastal Elite Pro in Wayland Township, MI seeks a hands-on Fabricator to turn PVC and fiberglass into finished products. You will review blueprints, operate cutting tools and fabrication machines, and weld where required to meet production specs.

Ideal candidates bring practical fabrication experience, read production plans, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Forklift proficiency is a plus, with training available, and a commitment to quality and safety on the shop floor.

Role Summary

Fabricate PVC and fiberglass materials into finished goods using industrial cutting tools, machines, and high-temperature air welders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and production plans to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate cutting equipment, fabrication machines, and high-temperature air welders.
• Fabricate and assemble PVC and fiberglass components into finished products.
• Operate a forklift to move materials as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow established safety procedures and production requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on fabrication experience with PVC and/or fiberglass (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production plans.
• Comfort using industrial tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machines.
• Forklift operation capability (training available for the right candidate).
