Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment to support daily production goals.
• Complete production tasks according to blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and documented procedures.
• Use hand tools and production equipment, including sandblasting and related machinery, as needed.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet established manufacturing standards.
• Complete production logs, equipment checks, and required documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety, quality, and company procedures.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain accuracy, and meet production deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing standards.
• Experience reading technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift.
• Frequently bend, squat, walk, reach, push, pull, and handle materials during production activities.
• Lift, carry, move, and rotate materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment.
• Availability to work overtime as required to support production schedules.
