This position involves assisting Manufacturing Scientists with manual handling of medical diagnostic reagent formulations and chemical processes, including filtration, purification, transportation, storage, and preparation for shipping/receiving, following standard operating procedures in an ISO 9001 facility.

The role reports to the Manager, Reagent Manufacturing, and is based on-site in Southfield, Michigan, within the Lumigen Operations Team.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean and safe lab environment in compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies.
• Following written procedures to safely handle, dispense, and package reagents for medical diagnostics.
• Ordering and maintaining appropriate stock of lab supplies.

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders.
• Basic experience with work productivity software (MS Office).

Preferred experience:

• Mechanical/technical work.
• Laboratory environments.
