Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Qualifications

Required Education:

Required Years and Area of Experience:

1. 2+ years’ experience in new equipment installations in manufacturing environment. Start-up experiences a plus.
2. Experience with new equipment installations and project expansions.
3. Experience in fast-paced changing environment with multiple priorities.

Required Skills:

1. Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly.
2. Strong technical fundamentals with mechanical engineering skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize work on an independent basis in a fast-paced project install manufacturing environment.
4. Proficient with PC software including Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills:

1. Project leadership/management experience (including milestone management and financial ownership).
2. Experience in vendor/supplier management on-site/off-site.
3. Experience with CAD.
4. Detail oriented and able to perform with limited supervision.

Soft Skills:

1. Ability to work & effectively collaborate within a team.
2. Ability to allocate/supervise resources to accomplish aggressive project milestones & timeline within specification and costs.
3. Able to prioritize and multitask.
4. Communicate effectively both verbal and written.
