MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN

DESCRIPTION

The manufacturing technician supports the Operations team by ensuring adherence to production schedules, supporting our Quality Management System, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities to reduce lead time, enhance quality, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commitment to 6S safety and continuous improvement
• Support OSHA safe work practices and operating procedures
• Collaborate effectively with peers under pressure to deliver value
• Flexibility to work in roles including blast booth, prepping & masking, load/unload, paint
• Use industry-leading ERP system for processing inbound and outbound deliveries
• Maintain organized, alpha-numeric storage for deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with stakeholders
• Follow procedures within our Quality Management System, including packaging and labeling
• Contribute ideas to improve process flow and reduce lead times
• Engage in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain a positive attitude and energy in challenging situations
