Job summary

DEHN Inc. is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support our Manufacturing Engineering and Operations teams. This role ensures smooth production flow, maintains equipment readiness, debugs electrical circuits, and responds quickly to real-time assembly issues.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or electro-mechanical assembly.
  • Experience debugging electrical circuits with tools (multimeter, continuity tester).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to production issues during assembly and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with operators, quality, and engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks and quality concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
  • Set up equipment and assets for new or existing production lines.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, relocations, and configuration changes.

Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Manufacturing Technician to support our Manufacturing Engineering and Operations teams. This role ensures smooth production flow, maintains equipment readiness, debugs electrical circuits, and responds quickly to real‑time assembly issues. The ideal candidate is proactive, electro‑mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to production issues during assembly and assist with troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with operators, quality, and engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks and quality concerns
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
  • Set up equipment and assets for new or existing production lines
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, relocations, and configuration changes
  • Perform light preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables
  • Coordinate repairs and upgrades with operations and engineering
  • Debug and troubleshoot electrical circuits (sensors, wiring, low‑voltage systems, control components)
  • Assist engineers in diagnosing electrical failures and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
Skillset
  • Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical support, or electro‑mechanical assembly
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting electrical circuits using diagnostic tools (multimeter, continuity tester, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions
  • Familiarity with equipment setup and troubleshooting techniques
  • SAP or ERP experience is a plus
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication abilities
  • Hands‑on, structured, and proactive mindset

Monday through Thursday 6:00am until 4:30pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch, occasional Friday hours as needed
