Job summary

Anheuser Busch is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to operate, troubleshoot and repair high-speed, computer-controlled manufacturing and packaging equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle logistical modules, quality checks, data interpretation, and safety. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and hands-on problem solving, with rotating shift patterns.

Qualifications

• One to three years of industrial experience required, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Good mechanical aptitude is required.
• 3 years of mechanical experience or training.
• Must have basic knowledge of equipment and machinery.
• Forklift operating experience a plus.
• Willingness and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to apply new work methods effectively.
• Proven troubleshooting skills.
• Superior work history, including good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain troubleshoot and repair high speed, highly technical computer-controlled manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Responsible for logistical module management associated with daily operation of the equipment
• Perform quality checks and recording them in our automated computer system programs
• Interpret statistical data to make quality and productivity decisions, we’re a data driven company
• Maintain our work area in accordance with all sanitation and housekeeping standards, safety is our top priority
• Operate forklifts
• Communicate maintenance and quality activities by using complex computer reporting systems

LOCATION: Metal Container Corporation in Jacksonville, FL

SALARY:

• $33.192 per hour ($49.788 OT Rate)

• 76 hours of straight time, 8 hours of OT per pay period.

• Quarterly bonus eligible based on KPIs.

• Double time for working on a holiday + holiday pay (a regular day's pay).

SHIFT:

• 12-hour shifts (6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am)

• Rotate day and night shift every 4 weeks.

• 3 shifts on, 4 shifts off then 4 shifts on, 3 shifts off.

• Every other month there are 6 shifts off in a row.

• Full calendar schedule provided on first day of employment.
