Job summary

Fort Collins, Colorado-based production operator role with Anheuser-Busch. Supports high‑speed, automated production lines with safety, quality, and volume as core priorities.

You’ll monitor quality, interpret data, and help improve processes to maximize output. The position requires a high school diploma and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
• Must be able to work varying shifts and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Prior production, warehousing, or related experience is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
• Continuous improvement experience and beer/alcohol industry knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant safety standards as the top priority.
• Perform process quality control checks.
• Use Six Sigma lean manufacturing processes.
• Load supplies into machinery.
• Record process data and drive data-informed decisions.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Support industrial cleaning and sanitation.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

ROLE SUMMARY

Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Production operators are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we’re operating the best we can.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain plant safety standards- safety is our top priority
• Performing process quality control checks
• Use of Six Sigma lean manufacturing processes
• Loading supplies into machinery
• Recording process data, we’re a data and information driven company
• Performing minor maintenance
• Industrial cleaning and sanitation
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending
• Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates
• Must be able to work varying shifts and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Prior production, warehousing, or related experience (preferred)
