Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a manufacturing technician for a growing microchip operation. You will operate multiple machines, load materials, and support production in a clean room environment, wearing full clean room PPE throughout your shift.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chandler, AZ from 9 AM to 5 PM. Pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with exact compensation based on education and experience. Insight Global is an equal employment opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire a manufacturing technician for their growing microchip manufacturing operation. This person will be brought on to operate a number of machines such as pick and place, lamination machines, lasers, automated testers, and some manual operation tools. On top of physically operating the machines, this person will also be responsible for loading product in and out of machines during certain steps. This role will primarily operate in a clean room and candidates should expect to wear a full-body clean room suite most of the day during their shift. This role is full-time on site and from 9 AM to 5 PM. We can offer pay between $20/hr to $24/hr for this opportunity but exact compensation may vary due to education and experience.

Skills and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.Prior experience in a cleanroom, laboratory, or manufacturing environment preferred but not required (training will be provided).Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and accuracy.Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation.Comfortable spending most of the day in a clean room environment wearing PPE.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, depending on project needs.
