We are currently seeking Manufacturing Technicians with manufacturing experience to join our team in Cedar City, UT. As a Manufacturing Technician in our Wetout Facility, you will be responsible for the preparation of Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) according to customer specifications.

We are offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license. Bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. Full payout eligibility is based on meeting the bonus program criteria.

The starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with increases based on shift schedule and CDL license status. We provide 100% paid on-the-job training!

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare CIPP liners, including staging, wrapping, loading, and securing for transport
• Operate wet out or truck conveyors, tugger systems, static mixers, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Load wetout tubes in totes or trucks according to procedures
• Mix chemicals requiring respirator use
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5's guidelines

What We Need From You:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience as Construction Laborer or Installation Technician preferred
• Ability to interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
