Job summary

Wave Central, now a Domo Broadcast Systems (DBS) company, seeks an Engineering Technician / Manufacturing Test Technician to support product development, testing, and manufacturing operations in Carlisle, PA. Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power supplies.
• The ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of Python scripting or test automation tools.
• Strong computer skills, including experience working within Linux environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience or exposure to RF, embedded systems, manufacturing test processes, or hardware/software integration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Engineering leadership team, the Engineering Technician / Manufacturing Test Technician will play a key role in supporting product development, testing, and manufacturing operations at Wave Central, a leader in integrated wireless video and broadcast solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring products are properly tested, validated, and prepared for deployment while supporting the transition from engineering development into manufacturing.

This is a highly hands-on role where the successful candidate will work closely with both Engineering and Manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues, execute testing procedures, and improve product reliability. The position involves working with a variety of electronic systems, test equipment, and software tools to support validation, debugging, and manufacturing test activities.

The role offers strong technical exposure across hardware and software environments, making it well suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on testing, and supporting the delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
