Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Auburn, WA is seeking a non-exempt production associate to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products of the highest quality.

You will strip and clean forms, prepare steel molds for filling with concrete, perform basic carpentry, and support facility maintenance while adhering to safety and quality standards. The position offers an hourly wage with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

Compensation

• The hourly pay rate is $22-$28/hr.
• Vacation hours of two weeks per year
