Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a motivated production team member to safely manufacture precast concrete products in our Chandler, AZ facility. This non-exempt role requires teamwork, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs while following safety guidelines.

You will strip forms, prepare molds, perform basic carpentry, and help maintain a clean, organized plant. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with manufacturing or construction experience valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.
