Dart Container seeks an Area Technical Training Program Manager to design, execute, and manage technical competency programs across manufacturing operations. This role advances safety, equipment readiness, and process excellence through scalable learning solutions.

You will lead needs analyses, develop curricula, and collaborate with SMEs and vendors to deliver high-impact training across multiple sites, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and experience in technical training within manufacturing, GMP, or related settings.
• Experience overseeing and coaching trainers across multiple locations.
• Strong skills in needs assessment, instructional design, course development, project management, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex technical training programs that align with business objectives.
• Partner with SMEs and vendors to create engaging learning content and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as regional authority for technical curriculum development and approval of materials.
