Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee technical projects that improve manufacturing processes, support new equipment, and expand facilities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and risks, ensuring successful project delivery while supporting growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a must.
• 5-7 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with project management software and productivity tools (Google Suite, MS Project, MS Office).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing operations, facilities, compliance, and cross functional collaboration with engineering and software teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, spot potential roadblocks, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate communication across departments, facilitate project meetings, and provide regular project updates.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize projects based on company goals.
• Use project management tools to track and report project performance.
• Engage with vendors and contractors, review quotes and scopes of work, and provide recommendations.
