  • Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools and fixtures.
  • Challenges existing norms and finds new ways to drive continuous improvement. Proven experience of execution on project timelines with high business impact.

About the role:

Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participates in the Material Review Board (MRB) decision process. Complies with all Boston Scientific quality requirements and procedures.

Required qualifications:
  • 6 years with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
Preferred qualifications:
  • 1 year of electrical experience evaluating, testing, building, troubleshooting, and repairing PCBA boards
  • Allen Bradley PLC Training or OSHA 30 completion
